Heidi and mom, I want to make this while we are in Idaho.... Doesn't it sound good?

Summer Time Fruit Pizza

3 cups oatmeal (ground or blended)
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
4 packets of Truvia
2 medium apples (cored and blended)
1 1/2 cups egg whites
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Mix together ground oats, flax, cinnamon, and truvia. In blender, blend apples and egg whites together. Pour apple mixture into oat mixture and add vanilla. Roll out on two cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 20 min.

Fruit topping: 32 oz Vanilla Greek yogurt (low sugar)
strawberries, kiwis, raspberries, blueberries, and bananas.

Blowing Your Minds

Ethan and I were watching "What's Up Doc" the other day and he noticed something crazy - - "Hugh" is the same guy that plays the old German rancher (Francis' boss) on "Malcolm in the Middle!" Seriously! I never would have figured it out, but it's true! (yes, I'm easily impressed)
